When I began baking/decorating cakes, I started it just for fun. I figured it would be a good outlet for me to express my creativity and be able to do cakes for family birthday's and such. I never really gave much thought about it being any more than that. Maybe God has a different plan...I don't really know.
You will notice the name "AJ'z Heavenly Bites". This came to me shortly after AJ died as did the logo angel. It's not an official business yet, but hopefully someday I can make it a reality. For now, I will just continue to enjoy bringing smiles to the faces of those who order a cake. :)
